Abstract
Purpose : The purpose of this study is to provide a comparative analysis of care industry and services in Korea, China, and Japan, and to grasp the care industry and reality and to develop a care
industry in Korea.

Method : Comparative analysis of industries for care industry between Korea, China, and Japan by existing literature, based on grasp of actual condition and current situation of care industry Comparative analysis of day aging industry.

Conclusion : As Korea, China, and Japan have different economic development stages, it is necessary to pay attention to high-income elderly people over 65 years of age in order to develop medical industry. South Korea¡¯s medical treatment industry is developing through long-term medical care insurance system for the elderly, and development opportunities for the medical treatment industry must be prepared to establish a visiting rehabilitation system in the future. China has not yet built a long-term care insurance system, but young Chinese elderly industry, older people¡¯s education and housing etc. tend to develop rapidly. The Japanese recuperative industry promotes the utilization of advanced technologies such as construction of regional comprehensive care systems and medical care robots.
